Updates to Fighting!-system (v.1.2)

A small update with tweaks to the Fighting!-system, generally upping the damage done as combat has a tendency to drag out (also goes for the original gamebooks).
- Combat still requires a SKILL or LUCK test for foe and PC.
- If only one succeeds, the other takes 3 damage (instead of 2) to STAMINA.
- If both succeed, both take 2 damage.
- If no one succeeds, both take 1 damage.
Of course, the ability to increase (or decrease) damage with LUCK remains. This gives further opportunity for quickening combat.
